Lead Product manager team, front-end, back-end IT team and testing team. Design, develop and maintain OA applications and other business applications. In 2020, we completed the integration of ERP and financial system(NC), we also designed and developed other business models like purchase module, product promotion module, etc.

In 2018 we built IT department from nothing and I was leading the team providing all kinds of support to our operation teams. We have developed our own ERP system, a Weixin miniprogram for new sales channel exploring and provided financial data required by CSRC.
