In the beginning of my position I was responsible for purchasing all inventory and POD items for my facility. As our company continues to grow we realized that commodity based purchasing would benefit the team. I am currently training on purchasing envelopes for all facilities which consist of 200+ skus.

I worked closely with the Owner/President, Manufacturing Manager, HR/Controller, and Accounting on continuous improvements, processes, and procedures. I assisted the Manufacturing Manager with staffing for our Q4 which was our busiest time of the year which required hiring 200+ seasonal employees. I worked with the Owner/President on capacity planning to.

As an Account Manager, I processed new and reocurring orders. Managed the projects through all departments to ensure we met the clients due date. I managed the HP Swatchbook Project which consisted of 200+ substrates.

I welcomed customers, vendors and applicants who came into the office with a smile and answered/routed all incoming calls. I covered for the HR/Controller while she was out. I worked on Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable/Bank Reconciliations.
