Comprehensive Assessments: We use evidence-based tools like the Child Behavior Checklist (CBCL), Trauma Checklist, and more to understand the emotional and psychological state of our young patients. This informs our tailored treatment plans.2. Therapeutic Interventions: Provide individual, family, and group therapy to address conditions such as Autism, ADHD, Epilepsy, somatic, trauma, anxiety, depression, and adjustment issues arising from medical and neurological conditions or other life challenges. Interventions include CBT, DBT, art therapy, play therapy, trauma-focused therapy, and mindfulness techniques.3. Collaboration: Working closely with multidisciplinary teams—paediatricians, neurologists, psychiatrists, social workers, school counsellors, occupational and speech therapists — to ensure that each child’s emotional needs are aligned with their physical care for a holistic recovery.4. Cultural diversity and inclusion: Extensive experience providing therapeutic support to individuals from developing countries, where cultural, socio-economic, and environmental factors play a significant role in mental health.5. Family Support & Psycho-education: Empower families with knowledge, helping them understand mental health conditions and offering strategies to support their child’s emotional resilience throughout their healthcare journey.6. Involvement: Engaged in case discussions for epilepsy surgery, including pre and post surgical assessments and parent management training. Provided therapy for bone marrow transplant (BMT) patients, contributed to research data collection, and participated in research conferences. Delivered seminars on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for children and the concept of personal space for special needs children. Led a session on "Neurodivergence and Sensory Integration Approach at International Purple fest", hosted an event focused on Cerebral Palsy, and organized a mental health awareness event for employees.
