Practicing Fear Free handling to make a positive experience for clients and patients. Duties involve; Maintaining a clean workspace across the hospital - kennels, ICU, lobby, patient rooms, treatment and lab areas. Performing proper restraint techniques for domestic /exotic animals during medical procedures, such as, exams, blood draws, radiographs, intubation. Perform in house labs for blood and urine, prepare and administer vaccines, prepare and provide information to clients on policies, procedures, vaccines, preventatives, directions for medications. Keep clear, concise medical notes - gather patient history, review prior records, relay pertinent information to the doctor. Check in and triage patients. Balance money to match records of transactions. Communicate and answer questions for clients who are calling in.

Providing a safe, clean, well monitored place for animals (cats and dogs) to board overnight. Providing closely monitored group play for dogs organized by size, play style and age. Ensuring daily schedule is followed and daily chores are completed to standard of care. Monitor boarding animals overnight. Provide grooming services (nail clip and grind, baths, clips). Pet first aid and CPR certified.

Complete patient history.Record Dr.'s findings on patient chart for wellness, chiropractic and acupuncture exams.Use proper restraint for dogs and cats to perform blood draws and acupuncture.Assist in running in house blood tests, preparing lab shipments.Maintain a clean workings environment. Use of proper husbandry techniques for dogs, cats and birds.

Remain observant to watch for unsettled, sick or moving children on rides. Remain observant of ride operation needs. Make quick change for game and ticket sales. Provide and maintain a clean work place.
