As a key account manager my responsibilities include handling customer relations , sales and business development.-To Understand customer requirement and deliver customised solutions.-Manage existing and new businesses and ensuring customer satisfaction-Making sure the product and services are delivered on time.-Developing strategies customised to the business in order to retain customers-Cross Sell / up sell to bring in new customers.-Responsible for developing professional, trusting & long-term working relationships with customers -Responsible for all customer communications-To help resolve conflict if any.-Responsible for product training to the sales team-Handling Transition Management
