In fact, these ways of living held me back for years before I found the tools inside myself, to break free.Routine saved my life.The tools & strategy I use are based on [what feels like] a lifetime of experience in failures and complicated life events from growing up in a very poor community to starting my own business from scratch with two little ones while battling with eating disorders.My coaching is based on lessons and silver linings I’ve found through my journey of an autoimmune diagnosis leaving me with a permanent ileostomy to later filing for divorce from an addict then adjusting to single parenting all while continuing to grow as an entrepreneur and single woman in her 30’s. Today, I live with my daughters and have created a successful business helping other men & women navigate the difficulties that come with being...human. I hold my clients accountable and help them create consistency in a routine so that they can live a life feeling energized. Our experiences do not make us unique, the way we respond to them does.That's why I've created a holistic approach that serves the whole person - body & mind.At the the end of the day people are going to either wear out or rust out. I am choosing wear out and to move my body in ways that feel good - to eat food that I enjoy - to choose thoughts that lift me up - and to do things daily that energize me.Ready to get to work on your best self?
