As a Senior Order Management/EDI Specialist, I play a critical role in helping to facilitate sales, ensuring product delivery, and maintaining customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include processing orders, verifying accurate pricing, and ensuring product availability. I monitor orders through to the warehouse and up to delivery or customer pick up. As the primary contact for EDI projects and EDI process, I also manage EDI related tasks for our trading partners. I am dedicated to order fulfillment and to upholding the highest levels of customer service in a high growth, fast paced environment.
