As a person who has always been interested in mathematics, the engineering profession was a natural choice. My inherent need to be active, and to communicate and interact with people developed my team-building and project-management skills. My quest for professional development took me to Germany, where I learned to model in a BIM environment and create detailed reinforcement and formwork plans. My desire to be involved in larger projects without compromising on quality and deadlines led me to look for external partners. Thus the idea of outsourcing engineering services was born. I selected and trained staff and developed a work style that was easy to learn and implement so that it creates a sense of identity and unity. Together with Lyben and Peter, who have specialized in the field of storage tanks and steel structures design, we decided to pool our knowledge and experience and that is how I became part of TPI Project. Today our team consists of experienced engineers in the field of concrete, timber, and metal structures. We approach things with the same responsibility and passion, whether we are designing tanks, performing structural calculations for a skyscraper, modeling in a BIM environment, or creating formwork and reinforcement plans for an apartment complex.
