Raina is a results-oriented leader with experience working in both private and public sector in the US and internationally. She currently serves in executive leadership roles.Raina has significant experience in education and workforce development – from launching a new program that taught conversational English via mobile phones in India to helping the financial services industry in the US to build a more diverse talent workforce. Raina’s background includes program strategy and design, implementation and measurement of impact. In addition, she’s spent a significant part of her career living and working in developing countries.Raina started her career in consulting, where she spent 5+ years advising clients, including the world’s largest foundations, on strategies to create and scale social change across various sectors including agriculture, health, and education. She served clients in US, India and Africa.Whether it’s presenting to board members or launching new programs, Raina is innovative, strategic, and thoughtful. She is passionate about scaling programs and empowering disenfranchised people globally with the choice to pursue a more meaningful life through better educational and livelihood opportunities.Outside of work she’s a mom to 2 young children, an avid reader, and the co-founder of an Etsy shop – Taal Designs.
