Currently working as a Consulting Epidemiologist providing statistical and research support and expertise in the non-profit sector. Over the years, I have worked with various types of data, including, US DoD data, national survey data (i.e., Medical Expenditure Panel Survey (MEPS), National Health Interview Survey (NHIS), National Survey on Drug Use and Health (NSDUH), Current Population Survey (CPS), Small Business Pulse Survey (SBPS), and National Electronic Injury Surveillance System (NEISS)) and other survey data. Overall experience:I have 13 years of research experience and 10 years of statistical experience. Co-authored over 15 peer-reviewed manuscripts (lead author on four) and over 10 technical reports (lead author on three).Research topic areas:I have experience in the following research areas: Suicidal behaviors (e.g., suicides, suicidal attempts, suicidal ideation), Drug use (including, opioid use), Mental health, Injuries (i.e., occupational and work-related injuries), HIV/AIDS and Consumer Product Exposure.
