Members can now compare, elect and use their healthcare benefits all from a single platform.(3) Doubled engagement through launch of "Care Concierge"- a personalized care triage service to help members navigate their non emergency medical needs.(4) Mentored the product support team. Streamlined workflows to ensure case response in 24 hours and case closure in 5 business days (vs 2.5 wk previously).

(1) Led the strategy, product roadmap and customer insights for Hospital Corporation of America to help with nurse retention. Collaborated closely with engineering, data science, marketing, clinical staff and C level executives to launch the mobile app Pilot launch saw 60% nurse adoption across hospitals.(2) Incubated Product Strategy- a new business to help YML clients with early product discovery, design prototypes and frameworks to measure success - increased CLV by 1.5x through helping clients de-risk their product investments. (3) Collaborated with a multi-disciplinary team of designers, PMs and marketers to execute on product strategy engagements.

(1) Ran L'Oreal's B2B mobile product line for 3 years. Managed stakeholder alignment (OKRs, metrics, product roadmap) between L'Oreal and YML's executive and development teams. The "Saloncentric" mobile app accounts for 70% of the digital B2B revenues and has won awards for innovation in digital commerce.(2) Led the vision, design execution and user research for Zenfolio- a marketplace connecting consumers to photographers.
