I am Raina Rana from Guwahati, Assam. I completed my graduation from Institute of Hotel Management Catering Technology and Applied Nutrition Guwahati. I passed my HS from Icon Academy Jr. College.I worked as Guest Service Associate in front office in Novotel, Guwahati. I have gained knowledge of Opera, MS Office. Have been efficiently trained to handle the shift by myself. It also helped me to enhance my time management, leadership and also helped me to improve my communication skill in Novotel and did my training in Novotel Guwahati.I have completed my industrial training in Novotel Guwahati in all four departments with certificate of Appreciation.I have a Appreciation from Radisson Blue Hotels, for working as a ODC during 68th Plenary Session of North Eastern Council in Guwahati, in presence of Hon'ble Union Home Minister Shri Amit Shah.
