- Develop and maintain close client relationship through regular face-to-face visit and social networking, i.e. Allianz, Pure Yoga & Fitness, Global Beauty, UA finance, etc- Proactively provide strategy and insights for clients to improve SEM and display campaign performance and to grow campaign in both Hong Kong and China via online portal and search engine, i.e. Yahoo, Google, Facebook, On.cc, Tencent, Baidu, Youku, PPTV, Sohu, etc- Identify opportunities and cross-sell (i.e. XMO network, OTV, Mosocial, etc.) within assigned clients’ marketing portfolio.- Developing customer centric proposal and media plan to clients.- Manage online marketing campaign for corporate clients by having deep understanding and ability to analyze ROI/CPA goals and data, media buying cycle, website architecture, marketing philosophy, targeting mechanism, etc.- Work closely with in-house ad-ops, finance and product team on campaign implementation and reporting.

- Key account and affiliates management; managed over 80% of direct accounts from yahoo eCommerce team and all affiliates partners i.e. travel, F&B, electronics, Buyhome Beecrazy, Couppie, GoBuya;- Content management; coordinate with the legal team to ensure product information compliance;- Coordinate with logistics for infantry, redemption status, fulfillment;- Work with key stakeholders including finance, legal, logistics to ensure products are launched properly and not to affect the company’s reputation;- Work with finance to ensure pricing and revenue share is accurate;- Deal with the T&Cs and work with legal team on a daily basis (product and service);- Budgeting, forecasting, analytics, CRM and managing vendor programs;- Develop pitching strategy and business proposal;- Execute business partnership, enriching product category, planning eCommerce strategies, formulating marketing plan, and achieving sales target;- Work with the Sales & Marketing Team and vendors’ partners in developing eMarketing strategies including, website management, email communications, social media, promotions etc.- Regular meetings regarding sales, pipeline of launch, weekly meetings to reduce time, meeting with head of eCommerce, Sales and product teams and quarterly meeting with clients to review business, also ad-hoc meeting with finance and legal;- Trends, KPI, consumer behavior analysis – to improve the eCommerce platform;
