1. Act as Deputy Lead Engineer for the Common Station Area A-1 and MRT-3 Rehabilitation Project Area A-2, on the following works: 1.1 Trackworks and interface-related issues, 1.2 Engineering review and evaluation of consultant’s Variation Orders (VO) and contractor’s claims regarding accomplished trackworks, and 1.3 Technical inspection and monitoring of the Transfer of Custody of Components for Area A-2 (MRT-3), in coordination with all relevant project Stakeholders.2. Represent the Project Management Office ("PMO") in external meetings with stakeholders and concessionaires, including bi-weekly coordination meetings of LRMC-LRTA and MRT-SC.3. Draft memorandums, letters, and other communications addressed to internal and external offices, and manage technical documents in relation to the Civil and Track works, to ensure timely delivery to appropriate the stakeholder.4. Conduct site visits, inspection and stakeholder consultations, including preparing inventories, site plans, checklists, and schedules; 5. Coordinate and establish working relationships with various internal and external offices and other stakeholders about civil and track-related matters to solve the issues and concerns of other contractors about the works of Common Station Area A-1 and MRT-3 Rehabilitation Project Area A-2;

1. Prepares lectures and delivers discussions that are under the course syllabus.Responds to student inquiries regarding their pending assessments via email orother communication platforms.2. Assess students on the outcomes of their class works, recitations, projects, andreports. Provides feedback and solutions if necessary for their improvement andreference.3.
