The Center strives to increase the capacity and provide counselling to female graduates,current students, and workers in public and private sector firms. This centre is being builtwith assistance from partner universities in the RAINBOW Research Project and supportfrom the European Union's Erasmus+ Programme.Our Objective is to create awareness about the models for building the capacity of youngwomen in the university & outside the University, assemble a network of collaborators andpertinent grassroots social organizations that can aid in outreach to the target audience andoffer the necessary support in terms of knowledge and resource sharing
