Senior Colorist
Current- Evaluate and approve labdip/ strike off/ yarn dye as standard and artwork- Review and approve bulk color as development approval- Ensure all mills follow the color approval procedure and achieve company’s requirement - Maintain color consistency for the dye-to-match garment- Work closely with merchandising and US team on color submission and approval issues- Guide the assistant colorist to through the color approval workflow- Set up the digital print color SOP on SpectraVision- Process with selected mill on DataColor SpectraVision program to evaluate the print colors with digital results- Travel to India for project update, color manual refreshment training, on-site color approval and review the printing and dyeing facility
