•Providing input to support HR Business Partner in the development of the local HR strategy to meet business requirements•Developing and maintaining effective working relationships with local customer groups to ensure HR activities are delivered in line with business and HR requirements.•Leading and or supporting the delivery of HR projects and initiatives to support the HR Business Partner/customer group and ensure delivery of global and local HR and business priorties.•Can identify local “popele issues” (e.g. thorugh HR interpretation of HR metrics) and works with line managers to identify and deliver effective solutions •Managing and monitoring local supplier relationships to ensure delivery services/produces in line with defined contractual arrangements.•Working with HR specialists to enable the delivery of “people” initiatives to support the business.•Handling day to day enquiries in to HR activities, practices and procedures to ensure timely and effective resolution•Providing advice and guidance on HR issues to local customer group.

•Analyze recruitment needs according to the company’s development strategy; •Make out recruitment plans and decide recruitment methods and channels; •Manage and optimize recruitment processes, manage recruitment channels and resources; •Make analysis of recruitment channels, and do the statistics related with recruitment; •Optimize and enhance recruitment efficiency to control recruitment cost; •Plan campus recruiting activities; •Implement annual training plans, control the cost, evaluate the training results and organize the tracking; •Make training plans and development proposals; •Promote inner training plans to set up inner teacher group. Make full use of talent resources in the company, and motivate knowledge sharing; •Introduction training for new employees; •Expand training channels and resources, and evaluate outer training institution and qualities; •Make plans and arrangement for the company’s activities.

•Be responsible for the whole recruitment process, make out recruitment plans according to the operation status; •Select appropriate recruitment methods according to positions; •Collect and filter resume; •Get some related information about candidates by telephone interview •Interview candidates and make assessment of them; •Carry background survey of some key positions; •Make payment negotiation and send out offers; •Interview to make assessment of people in probation period; •Make exit interviews with staff and analyze the turnover rate; •As the company’s internal auditor, carry out ISO9001and ISO14001 certification audit in the company; •Handle and make extensions of the visas and work permits for foreign employees; •Also be in charge of administration word for almost one year.
