• Coordinate the annual Localicious Hawaii campaign including soliciting, stewarding, and managing participating restaurants; work in coordination with and support the Communications/Public Relations Manager and Social Media consultant to implement the campaign’s marketing efforts and other community engagement and promotional activities; plan and implement annual campaign reception; serve as liaison between the Localicious Leadership Council and HAF Executive Director and coordinate activities among Council members; oversee website development (WordPress & Squarespace), campaign collateral, and post-event reporting.• Plan monthly e-newsletter (MailChimp) and prepared annual recap publications (InDesign) for HAF & Localicious Hawaii• Work with a Social Media consultant on development of posts for social media network on behalf of an organization that has multiple stakeholders.• Assist with seeking funding and resources from various sources.• Maintain a donor database (DonorPerfect) including entering data and generating donation receipts and acknowledgements.• Work with the Kunia Ag Park / Local Inside Manager on design, development and implementation of a new HAF Membership Program.• Make office supplies arrangements, greet visitors and provide general administrative support.• Participate in development of annual program plan and budget.• Participate in weekly meetings, provide weekly reports and attend board/other meetings when applicable.• Perform other related duties and responsibilities as required by the Executive Director and/or Chief Operating Officer.

• Assists Marketing Manager in ensuring website for all venue with BAMP Project shows are up to date and accurate (includes billing, support, approved advertising image/bio, direct ticket link)• Helps concerts marketing team execute paid advertising schedules• Assists Marketing Manager in executing viral online and social media campaigns – Facebook events/campaigns/contests/updates, Instagram & Twitter posts/contests, BAMPproject.com promotions, features & event listings.• Assists Marketing Manager in ensuring press requests for every show are being facilitated through BAMP Project and approved by band management.• Draft press releases for distribution to local media contacts.• Responsible for ordering promo posters from label and tracking promo poster inventory – reporting inventory and ordering status weekly to Marketing Manager and Street Team • Analyze data for online ads, websites and social media• Keep the marketing team up to date with events and concerts happening around town that match the target demo for the shows we are promoting• Analyze data for online ads, websites and social media• Develops knowledge of local and regional media outlets including radio stations, newspapers/independent newspapers, websites, blogs, etc• Other duties and projects as assigned
