I am a dedicated professional with a strong belief in leading by example. Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Plastics and Polymer Engineering Technology from Ferris State University, I specialized in Injection Molding and gained a thorough understanding of various plastic processes.During my academic tenure, I enhanced my practical skills through internships at multiple companies, ultimately transitioning to a full-time role at Inteva Products, a global company. As a Project Engineer in their Advance Development Group, I managed complex data sets and utilized data-driven insights to develop and test extruded sheet products for automotive interiors. My focus was on optimizing sheet extrusion and thermoforming processes, which required innovative problem-solving and effective decision-making.My tenure at Inteva Products not only honed my technical skills but also my abilities in change and conflict management. I successfully navigated project transitions and collaborated across teams to address and resolve operational challenges.Driven by a passion for 3D printing, I self-initiated the acquisition and mastery of an FDM 3D printer, launching a side business in 3D printing solutions. Recognizing the need to deepen my expertise in Injection Molding, I pursued an opportunity at INCOE, another global company, as an Applications Engineer. Here, I am responsible for supporting clients and driving improvements in their Injection Molding processes through strategic decision-making and problem-solving.Currently, I am expanding my knowledge in 3D printing, Injection Molding, and customer development, with a vision to leverage these skills in starting my own business. My journey is marked by a commitment to continuous learning, effective management of change, and resolution of conflicts, ensuring operational excellence and growth.
