Founder and Managing Director of the software development and technology consulting company codecentric AG.As Managing Director and chairman, I am in charge of our overall strategy, team enablement, and driving our digital innovation agenda to always stay ahead of the game.I started codecentric AG in 2005, together with Mirko Novakovic. Since then, we have managed to build an international team of more than 400 extremely skilled and talented people across 15 locations in Germany, the Netherlands, Serbia and Bosnia, serving clients ranging from startups to corporates.Right from the outset we've been employing the 4+1 model to give our staff as much freedom as possible, to constantly discover new opportunities in tech and to stay innovative. We've launched several startups that grew out of codecentric, such as Instana (now led by Mirko Novakovic), our AI-powered APM for Microservice management.Before founding codecentric AG, I started my career at IBM Germany and subsequently worked as IT architecture and development consultant.
