Successful integration of 3 sales companies for 3 brands into 1 common brand sales company; reorganization of the company according to market segments and modern sales management concepts, which helped to increase its market share in South China from 10% to 16% in 2008; successful execution of a drastic restructuring in 2009.

Planning and coordination of the marketing activities of GF AgieCharmilles’ 9 sales companies in Asia with approx. 450 employees and over 180 million USD sales.Development of a market information data base for Asian markets; development of GF AgieCharmilles’ group strategy for India, which is currently being implemented.

Establishment of a new Representative Office in Shanghai with the scope of sourcing and quality assurance of garments and luggage for big German discounters. 8 staff; approx. 18 million USD sales.Recruitment of local staff; setting up of collaboration procedures with the head office; training of staff on European customers’ requirements; putting in place of factory evaluation procedures; contract negotiations with factories; management of quality assurance and timely delivery; Establishment of a new base of factories for garments and luggage in China, Vietnam and Cambodia.
