This includes collaborating with stakeholders across different departments and countries to understand their needs and deliver impactful solutions.• Infrastructure Optimization & Modernization: Overseeing the maintenance and development of our ICT infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, and security. This involves staying abreast of the latest technologies and best practices to optimize our systems and support business growth.• Cloud Computing & Digital Transformation: Leading the strategy and implementation of cloud-based services, with a focus on Google Cloud Platform. This includes migrating existing systems, developing new cloud-native applications, and leveraging cloud technologies to enhance efficiency, scalability, and collaboration.• Cybersecurity & Data Protection: Developing and enforcing robust security policies and controls to protect our sensitive data and systems. This includes ensuring compliance with GDPR and other relevant regulations, while promoting a security-conscious culture across the organization.• Continuous Improvement & Innovation: Driving the development and implementation of best practices and methodologies for ICT across the Algol Group.
