1. Business maintenance and growth as the main target. Responsible for factory audit programs from US clients.2. Rich experiences/knowledge about existing business maintenance, monitoring & development, new business promotions, business forecasting, resource planning, different management modules of client audit programs, audit solution proposals, meeting with clients and presentations/trainings to clients etc.3. Managing a team consisting of project leaders, customer services persons, business development officers, technical reviewers and auditors. Provide guidance & trainings to the whole team. 4. Integrity monitoring for responsible programs

1. Managing a team with more than 50 auditors2. Provide orientation trainings to new auditors and regular audit trainings to all auditors3. Consolidate and communicate audit technical requirements and case studies with auditor team4. Provide suggestions and solutions to auditors for special situations/difficulties5. Regular/annual performance reviews and appraisals for auditors/supervisors6. Provide information (such as law updates) and suggestions to Technical Team7.
