The duties include guiding Marketing and Sales for the market, working on largest RFP’s within the market, ensuring proper support levels for clients, working with development to establish Product Roadmap, oversee client relations with largest clients (including provincial government agencies), and ensuring proper implementation of software by our Implementation Team.
