Community Outreach Pre-school Education (COPE)Started in 1982, it provided a head start in formal education for children aged 4 to 6 years old; initiates among children and their mothers good health practices, promotes good eating habits and practices through feeding program, which is worked out by the mothers under supervision and guidance of the volunteer student teachers.
