As the Chief Executive Officer of 3D Girls, Inc., I leverage my skills, experience, and resources to enrich health and human development programming for young women and their families. With over 11 years of nonprofit management experience, I have founded and led a successful organization that educates and empowers young women to be advocates for themselves and their communities.In my day-to-day, I responsibly manage over $450K in organization’s financials, budget and distribution of funds. I’ve recently secured over $1M in charitable funding through grant writing and sponsorship proposal development. I use research and evaluation methods effectively and efficiently to my clientele’s impact. I proudly manage a dynamic team of human service professionals, delivering exceptional evidence-based activities, events, and after-school programs.I have a strong background as an educator and consultant, with a Master of Science in Family Studies and Human Services from Kansas State University. I have strategically planned and executed school-based mentoring programs and prenatal and parent education initiatives, working with over 25 partners and sponsors to enhance our reach and impact. I have also coordinated and facilitated health education programming and activities for youth at Good Samaritan Health Center Atlanta and CAMBA (NY). I am passionate about creating innovative solutions for community-based health and wellness programming that improve the lives and outcomes of young women and their families.
