Working in the Merchant Products team, focusing on payment experience and platform growth.Key Responsibilities:- Drive product research, planning, development and delivery.- Design product features, maintain PRD and user stories for product ideation and requirement.- Collaborate with solution architects, engineers, QA, operation and commercial teams, etc for product design and delivery.- Maintain documentation such as NFA, Process Document, Integration Guide (with API spec and call-flow) for product delivery.- Thorough technical know-how of payment gateway products/platforms for effective coordination. - Provide exclusive product integration support to relevant stakeholders along with Integration team.- Analyze high-level data to measure the business impact of online payment products - Conduct market research/funnel analysis to identify improvement areas of product feature/performance.Relevant Projects:- Direct Charge: a pinless payment gateway product for global merchants (eg. Uber, Foodpanda) and Bangladeshi local merchants (eg. Grameenphone)- Recurring Payment: a platform to deduct subscription payments on behalf of merchants (eg. Graduated from the Management Trainee Program into this role.- Project-managed integration of Digital Payment in Pathao Shop and Parcel: designed user journey for pre/post payment in User and Driver apps, collaborated with development and operational teams for product launch and prepared SOP for refund and discount campaigns. - Managed an exclusive discount campaign with Global Visa and implemented CUID to overcome the limitation of identifying unique cardholder information without breaking PCI-DSS. The average Daily Visa payments increased by ~200%.- Project managed Pathao Games: App in app service partnered with Goama to serve as a gaming platform and integrated digital payment. - Data Analysis during payment campaigns for creating modalities and fraud detection.- Revamped Pathao Loyalty: Changed tier modality and reassessed targets based on points distribution and redemption status to set goals for user retention and cross-platform usage.- Responsible for data analytics during and after the launch of Pathao Tong.- Worked on automating scheduled reports and emails to resto partners to measure weekly item-level sales, customer feedback/rating, etc to improve service.

Working in the Product team, specializing in product management and digital payments. My responsibilities can be classified into 3 distinct categories:1. Product Management:- Maintained documentation such as PRD, user stories and ran development sprints. - Designed business requirements, product-specific operational guidelines and payment SOP. - Coordinated with developers, Marketing, Marketplace, Accounts, Operational teams and external stakeholders for alignment. - Project managed services in User/Driver Apps like Pathao Points (loyalty program), Top-Up, Code-to-Cash service (driver credit balance withdrawal from ATM Booths), Payment channel integrations (with Nagad, OK Wallet, DBBL, etc), Pathao Points Benefits (QR code mechanism and third-party push service to validate customers physically availing discounts from our partners).- Revamped Pathao’s payment page, including gateway changes for accepting Visa/Master & Amex card payments.2. Campaign Management:- Managed campaigns with digital payment partners for Food, Ride and Tong.- Created campaign modalities and business projections.- Internal and external reporting such as preparing reconciliation and financial summary reports.- Coordinated with cross-functional teams. 3.
