-Provide support to CSA Partners, a venture capital fund that invests in Midwest high-growth companies in early stage of growth -Lead initiatives to strengthen the startup ecosystem in Milwaukee through storytelling, mentoring, and data collection

-Led County strategy development and strategy execution (including implementation of Traction EOS)-Oversaw day-to-day functioning of Milwaukee County government, its 4,000 employees, and its billion-dollar budget-Managed the County Executive’s cabinet of fourteen cabinet heads and executive office -Led transition to newly elected County Executive in April, 2020

-Responsible for managing relationship with Milwaukee County’s governance body -Took on project management for various complex initiatives (including the closure of the Behavioral Health Division’s transition of its long-term care facilities to community care – last institution of its kind in the country)
