As a graduate of The Pennsylvania State University, with a dual focus in Economics and Business Psychology, I have honed a robust skill set in data analysis, consumer behavior insights, and collaborative team dynamics. My academic background, combined with hands-on experience in the retail industry, has equipped me with a unique perspective and a versatile skill set.During my college years, I worked at Urban Outfitters, rapidly advancing from an associate to a specialist and eventually to a team lead. This progression not only strengthened my leadership and team management abilities but also provided me with practical experience in problem-solving and inventory planning.Post-graduation, I joined GUESS? as an Allocation Analyst. Within a year, I excelled across three different departments, gaining expertise in forecasting, market analysis, and inventory management. This role also allowed me to refine my presentation, analytical, and data analytics skills, offering a comprehensive view of the retail industry at a macro level.Currently, I am at FabFitFun, where I manage pre-season planning, reforecasting, and in-season assortment management for our eCommerce business categories. My responsibilities include inventory management, allocation, and sales analysis. I also conduct ad hoc analysis and seasonal reporting to support our business objectives.In this role, I own end-to-end planning processes and work cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution. Leveraging hindsight analysis, I develop innovative strategies for revenue and profitability growth, while also supporting team projects and new merchandising initiatives as needed.My journey through various roles has cultivated a strong foundation in retail analytics, strategic planning, and team leadership, positioning me to contribute effectively and drive success in dynamic business environments.
