Partner of the Intellectual Property and Technology department of Pérez-Llorca’s office in Barcelona. I was awarded the “Extraordinary Prize for Graduation in Law” for the top-ranked student in my course by the Pompeu Fabra University of Barcelona, where I obtained my Degree in Law, and specialized in European Intellectual Property and Competition matters during her Master’s Degree in European Studies at the College of Europe. I started my professional carreer at Clifford Chance in 2001 and on January 2022 I joined Pérez-Llorca. I have been exposed to multi-jurisdictional disputes, mainly involving patents, trademarks, antitrust, unfair competition and termination of distribution and agency agreements. I have also participated in arbitration and administrative proceedings.Lecturer on intellectual property and competition at the Instituto Superior de Derecho y Economia (ISDE) and at the Barcelona Bar Association (ICAB).
