Main responsibilities:- Cost controlling of business entities in Latvia (9 companies) and Poland (3 companies)- To prepare monthly financial management reports for entities in Latvia, to verify these reports of Polish entities- To provide conclusions on income and expense fluctuations to the management and to communicate with accountants regarding accounting errors or complicated issues- To prepare requested data for external auditors

Main responsibilities:- Cost controlling according to the budgeted numbers for all 6 IT entities and control of local IT expenses for all business entities in the Group − To develop template of IT management report − To prepare monthly IT management, group management, IT departments and IT personnel cost reports − To take active role in budget preparation team for IT companies − To calculate IT development, operational support and IT infrastructure costs for every business country − To manage intangible assets from accounting side (acceptance, write-offs, impairment) − To establish databases for invoiced IT services − Communication with accountants, finance people and business country managers across the Group entities − To coordinate questions related to IT expenses between country managers and IT managers

Main responsibilities:- To perform audits according to the International audit standards- To review and analyses large amount of data- To complete the work collaborating with the team members from all the Baltic countries- To organize interviews with auditees for process walkthroughs and clarification of unclear questions - To compile work documents according to Internal audit methodology- To present planned audit in start-up meeting and audit findings in closing meeting to the responsible managers- Main areas of audits: Lending products, Non-performing exposures and Anti Money Laundering processes

Main responsibilities:- To perform external audit procedures for different companies: in the banks and financial institutions as well as production, sales and service companies.- To compile work documents according to the methodology of external auditing – mainly work with large MS Excel spreadsheets, MS Word and other specific audit programs.- To analyse accounting data, to review invoices and agreements, to evaluate their compliance to the legal requirements and to present the results.- To clarify issues with accountants, purveyors, sales people and company’s management.- To participate 4 months in investigation of banks’ interest rate manipulation fraud in Germany. Main responsibilities: - To manage 2 car washes: organize daily work and control it, put together time-tables for workers, monitor inventory, attract customers.- Daily work coordination in tyre service: provide smooth customer service, keep track of stock.- Consult customers about car tyres, rims and services provided.- Receive and prepare invoices and bills.- Monitor products and inventory of most commonly used items for service work and order them if necessary.- Internet marketing.

Main responsibilities: - Create an archive, keep it up to date;- Work at front office – answer phone calls, meet customers;- Call customers and remind of payments, payment details, discuss uncertainties in contracts, give information of their accounts and related information.
