I am a seasoned engineering manager with more than 10 years of experience in leading and building engineering teams in a fast paced, dynamic environments.I have lead and built up successful engineering organizations in logistics, telecommunications, outsourcing and finance. Me and engineering managers reporting to me have lead engineering organizations up to 70+ people to deliver software and hardware solutions using different technologies (TypeScript, React, SpringBoot, C#, C++, AWS, Kubernets, Docker, VHDL).I have delivered entire logistics information system to support end-to-end logistics operations in Estonia biggest postal company, verification and validation systems for Ericsson network equipment's and connectivity platform for 3D printers around the world. My strengths lay in defining ways of working, organizational design and developing people within an organization and providing an environment for learning and growth. I have been defining product roadmaps, technology choices and organizational setup together with my team of highly skilled engineers and seasoned managers for more than 10 years.During that time I have worked closely with board members, CTO-s, CIO-s etc to handle ambiguity and bring understanding of the big picture to my team.The variety of organizations I have worked for has given me know-how on how to build an engineering organization that delivers.
