The Credit Evaluation department performs credit due diligence on the bank’s corporate clients and provides recommendations on debt funding proposals.• Reviewed credit evaluation reports, which were used by bank executives for credit decision-making, on project financing, syndicated loan, and corporate loan proposals with corporate group exposures of up to PhP50B (USD1B) each within real estate, power, manufacturing, and mining sectors, among others• Improved team production to ~120% of target output from less than 100% in prior year by implementing an efficient report review process for a team of four analysts• Accelerated professional development of four team members, as evidenced by increase in covered sectors of analysts, by pioneering weekly training sessions on topics such as industry-specific financial modeling and analysis, credit facility structure and common collateral issues• Improved team timeliness and reduced team backlogs via consistent coordination with Marketing, Investment Banking, and Treasury departments to align client and business requirements with Credit work plan

The Credit Evaluation department performs credit due diligence on the bank’s corporate clients and provides recommendations on debt funding proposals.• Delivered ~130% of target credit evaluation reports; reports included financial modeling and analysis, business operations review, industry study, and overall recommendation which were used by bank executives for credit decision-making• Promoted twice, reaching Team Head role within four years• Collaborated with three to six bankers to support corporate group loan exposures of up to PhP70B (USD1.4B) each for transactions including leveraged buy-outs of schools and pharmaceutical companies, and developmental funding for utility systems • Mentored new hires resulting in production of more than 110% of report quota for three out of four trainees; led a team of four analysts as officer-in-charge for three months, resulting in 100% timeliness of required reports

The Corporate Advisory Solutions department focuses on providing tools that enable effective and informed decision-making for IROs. • Prepared monthly and quarterly shareholder composition analysis reports for roadshow presentations of Nasdaq’s global client base, in collaboration with a global cross-functional team• Reduced report turnaround time as part of team who initiated clean-up of shareholder database• Performed quality checking of shareholder composition analysis, as part of developmental goals

The Product Operations department is part of SNL Financial’s Industry Research and Product Management Team and serves as the primary point of contact of SNL clients for SNL platform-related inquiries.• Provided subject-matter expertise, led training sessions, and assisted in product accessibility and Excel template usage to foster a high quality of customer relationship with SNL clients - Achieved average satisfaction scores of 92% to 98%• Published nine original business articles and two recurring bi-weekly reports on North American REITs on the SNL website• Earned Superior Performance Award for Responsibility and Commitment twice for highest number of cases closed• Conducted product testing for roll-out of new SNL templates
