. Assess client job requisitions and matches applicants with job requirements, utilizing manual or applicant tracking system (ATS).· Review employment applications and evaluates work history, education and training, job skills, compensation needs and other qualifications of applicants.· Interviews applicants to obtain work history, education, training, job skills and salary requirements prior to submitting applicant to client.· Prepares candidates for job interviews by providing information on hiring company, position, work schedules and working conditions as well as directions to facility, etc.· Performs reference and background checks on all candidates selected to work at a client-site.· Manage the working relationship between the client and the candidate.· Gathers job tips and forwards along to Recruiting Manager to qualify.· Submits weekly reports to Recruiting Manager as requested.· Ensures compliance with all legal aspects of recruiting. . Ability to attend job fairs and/or professional networking events
