Project execution, Project management Project testing, commisioning and handover, project managemento Responsible for planning, managing, coordinating and executing solar PV rooftop and ground mounted projects. o Site Management: Plan project timelines, schedule day-to-day site activities and execute those in timely manner.o Coordination: With design & finance teams, contractors/ subcontractors, suppliers and onsite client representatives.o Check: BoM, drawings, specs, approvals, physical stock, material check-in/ out, onsite job coordination and safety on site.o Reporting: Daily and weekly progress, monitoring and control of project, lag management through countermeasures.o Delivery: Ensure timely testing & commissioning in planned budget with desired quality and pre-agreed deliverables.o Documentation: Maintain site records, expenditure/ costing, material/ inventory records, test/ commissioning results etc.o Approvals: Responsible for seeking necessary project level approvals from government agencies.o Assist: Support purchase department in finding local contractors, subcontractors, distributors for balance of system parts.Projects Commissioned :1. 120 kW Solar rooftop Project at Bhilwara, Chitale Dairy, Sangali2. 600 kW Solar Roof Top Project at Sudiva spinners, Bhilwara, RajasthanOngoing Project:1. 1 MW on Grid connected Ground mounted project at Mandrup, Solapur.2. 1.06 MW Rooftop Project at NLC India Ltd, Neyveli, Tamil Nadu.

• Float RFQ for all mechanical items which includes, structure, fabrication, Raw material, containerised solution and mechanical items.• Techno –commercial negotiation with supplier, making comparison for management approval. • Prepare the PO and WO creation as per the scope and commercial information.• Follow up with vendor/contractor for order acknowledgement• MIS - Support in providing bill booking, payment planning, stock valuation, costing, debit calculation, Debit Negotiation with vendor etc.• Follow up with vendor for expediting the order.• Cash flow projection for meeting the requirement• Vendor Development
