Responsibilities● Purchasing of Capex material, spare parts of Injection molding machines, production line, assembly line, paint shopconsumables for injection molding plant,● Planning, scheduling & procurement of packing material,● Releasing monthly schedule to supplier as per monthly plan,● Floating enquiry, Negotiation, Cost comparison and finalization of terms & conditions to release order,● New Supplier development, Selection and evaluation, follow up for material to supplier and payment of supplier withaccount department,● Strive to harmony and teamwork with all other departments● Working on Purchase Requisition, Purchase order finalizing and releasing, Daily coordination with the end user forsmooth flow of work.● Daily routine quality issues communicating with suppliers & taking corrective actions,● Rework (job work) like heat treatment, Surface finish, trolley repairing, Jig repairing, Jig Stripping,● Supporting to capital goods purchasing team,● Piece rate contract for post operations of molding, assembly line and packing of material,● Contracts for Canteen, weighing scales Amc, Employee Transport, fire extinguishers & fire Hydrantsystems,
