To lead an 4 member team and be responsible for acquiring and integrating SMEs having desirable selection across categories to Amazon.in platform eventually leading to long term success on marketplaceKey responsibilities:• Responsible for achieving end to end up selling and launch productivity goals along with allied quality goals/metrics leading to long term partnership• Drive continuous innovation and improvement in internal processes in order to provide enhanced seller and customer experience by having cross functional stakeholder interaction• Responsible for hiring, training and professional development and growth of the team members• Track and represent performance using appropriate metrics in weekly/monthly and quarterly business reviews with senior leadership
