The logical step from Niecon Plaza Medical Centre was to start our own brand. Haan Health Medical Centre continues to offer the thoroughness our doctors are known for, in a warm, caring, relaxed and welcoming environment. We have in-house Dietitians, Exercise Physiologists, Physiotherapy, Psychology, Pathology, Podiatry and we're working with Nutritionists & Naturopaths, From our Haan Health Lounge we offer a relaxed environment to wait for your health practitioners with hot and cold beverages and books sourced from the UK to promote self-help.We also offer Yoga, group sessions for people with chronic health diseases and support groups such as arthritis.

Front Office Development Manager:Management of permanent and contract staff members, including recruitment, career progressions & performance management and conduct weekly progress meetings in order to monitor progress and process conformance.Motivating, developing, assigning objectives, performing appraisals and identifying and providing training opportunities and having monthly meetings with staff to ensure objectives are achieved.Collaborate with Project Managers / other Development and Support managers to develop/scope project plans and monitor resources according to those plans, ensuring time and quality goals are met.Schedule and allocate resources across multiple development and support teams, balancing client needs, resource skills and individual development objectives.Liaise closely with business units to identify opportunities that will improve overall business performance and encourage cooperation and "synergy" between business groups (and business analysts).Managing support and project budgets and reconciling these figures with the department accountant to measure actual billings against the forecast.Annual meetings with the department accountant to discuss and agree the following year budgets including head counts and software licences / support and maintenance.Responsible for delivering complete applications which meet customer specifications and signing off projects that fall into the Front Office Application support group.Regular dealings with HR and senior management in identifying resource requirements and obtaining sanction for hiring permanent or contract staff and writing their job descriptions.Management of relationships with external software vendors including enhancements, change requests and involved in 1st level negotiation with vendors.Project Manager:This has been detailed in my previous role at LGIM as a Service Delivery Manager.
