•Establish the organizational objectives of distribution network for our products for defined period and geography• Engage with distributors to prepare and operate their business plans• Work with distributors to deliver results from specific sales initiatives• Assist partners to do business planning and target setting• Responsible for engaging and enabling the associate partners/* Associate Partners as per the regional plan• Responsible for managing the AP/*AP feet on street to optimize productivity• Motivate partners to participate in the Reward & Recognition, incentive framework• Responsible for planning and effectively executing the regional marketing activities for the Distributor and Associate Partners• Competency to assess and evaluate the business of the Distributor and present the right value proposition to achieve a win-win situation between Company and the Distributor
