- Manage portfolio of power generation of projects from contract award till commissioning on site. - Manage projects involving supply and commissioning of custom packaged diesel and gas generators, Switchgear, transfer switch and ad on accessories as per power system needs.- Monitor and Control project financials, to ensure being on budget and be profitable. - Monthly revenue forecasting- Planning project execution, and update schedules throughout project lifecycle.- Manage scope and scope changes.- Quality Management. Responsible for compliance to ISO guidelines thru internal quality system procedures.- Communication and coordination with various internal teams including sales, estimating, engineering, service, finance etc. and with external stakeholders including customers and suppliers.- Technical coordination between internal and external engineering groups.- Contribute to risk management of project from the start and during execution.- Engagement with factory team for order management and support requirements.- Manage Team resources, recruit, mentor, performance reviews, and cost recovery.- Process oriented approach, developing procedures, templates, tools and techniques.- Work as a team !!
