Key responsibilities:- Setting the annual budget: liaising with all business heads, consolidating and presentingto senior management- Monthly forecast (multiple entities) and variance analysis- Monthly departmental expense reports and meetings with business heads to highlightand understand key variances to budget- Monthly cash flow forecast and analysis- Financial statements and other regulatory reporting requirements- Oversight and management of financial aspects of the sale of the property fund

Key Responsibilities- Ensure timely and accurate reporting and actual results- Input, review and provide support for the preparation of the quarterly investor reports.- Undertake and monitor FX requirements on a deal by deal/currency basis- Prepare weekly payment funds in line with fund requirements- Weekly updates of fund forecast cash flows and requirements- Assist with review of statutory accounts

- Preparation and analysis of monthly management accounts- Responsibility for forecasting financial performance- Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts- Preparation and calculation of rebates- Assistance with financial statement/annual audit process- Management of external stakeholder relationships - Oversight of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes with external service providers- Ad hoc project work- Process improvement focus

Customer Rebate/Discount Programs - Process weekly rebate accruals for all programmes - Support the Corporate Accounts Director with information about the customer performance for scheduled quarterly meetings and adhoc information needs. - Reconcile relevant B/S accounts. - Calculate and prepare payment documentation Customer Capital Acquisition Contracts - Process Revenue Recognition for Capital Acquisition Agreements - Calculate and prepare payment documentationSales Reporting- Daily Sales Reporting and Run Rate Reports- Weekly, and monthly reports for all assigned Sales divisions.- Other adhoc reports and analysis and reports as requested

Part Time for 2 yearsFull time for 1 year and 4 month- Manage the accurate and timely processing of a high volume of invoices per month.- Process monthly accruals; prepared cheques, production documentation and schedules- Collect and process monthly international indices, including cash rates, inflation rate, exchange rates and CPI- Credit Card Reconciliations, Bank Reconciliations- Assumed the responsibility for the full cycle of the trial process.- Assisting with month end and weekend reporting for internal use.
