I collaborate with stakeholders and product owners to groom backlogs, plan sprints, and set clear acceptance criteria, which helps streamline team efficiency and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.I lead and supervise cross-functional teams to deliver large-scale IT projects using Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban, ensuring consistent progress and effective risk mitigation. I also oversee budget management, resource allocation, and cost tracking, ensuring that projects stay within financial scope and critical deadlines are met.Facilitating daily standups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and other Scrum ceremonies is a key part of my role, helping to foster open communication and quickly resolve any roadblocks. I conduct comprehensive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and prepare detailed weekly and monthly status reports (WSRs, DSRs) to keep stakeholders updated on progress.I proactively identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project execution. In addition, I ensure compliance with quality standards by managing process documentation (SOPs, CAPA) and collaborating with QA teams to deliver high-quality outcomes. Tracking project deliverables, resource allocation, and contributing to documentation efforts, including quality assurance processes, is also part of my responsibilities. Show less
