I have above eight years of work experience as well.·        Responsible to verify all goods arrived as per the agreed purchase, delivery note and agreed quantity has been receive.·         Responsible for food & beverage and general operational stock, day to day check on the storage facilities of upkeep and hygiene.·         Regarding the products arrives good packing, quality and long life, follow up the purchase orders and products availability for the monthly consumption.·      Following FIFO system to avoid short expiry items from the store.·   Arranging the goods also as per the FIFO System and according to food category for easy to found.·     To avoid spoilage from the store prepare an excel sheet for food products and amenities expiry date, updating up to date, before month end submitting a copy to concern HOD, Cost Controller and purchasing manager.·         Refuse acceptance of damaged, unacceptable or incorrect items and vendor delivery issues and oversee/follow up on the return process. ·         Ensure all store requisitions are signed by concerned Department Heads (HOD’s) and approved by finance controller depending upon the hotel's operations procedure.·         Ensure that store requisition approved form the department head and its signed by the person collecting the goods from the store and enter into the Inventory of food & beverage materials system daily basis.·         Adhere to all Health and Safety procedures particularly relating to food and beverage items.·         Extend all requisitions on a daily basis and update the complete requisition forms for inventory matches.·         Maintain the records of requisition, inventory and expiry report up to date, Monitor and taken inventory on monthly basis to compile orders based on par levels or needs, depending upon the hotel's operations procedure.·         Work closely with Purchasing department and colleagues for the smooth operation.·         Speak with the colleagues using clear and professional language.·         Ensure all storage areas clean & tidy and in strict compliance with hygiene regulations.
