Configure access to shared folders, Manage shared folder permissions, Configure file system permissions, Ownership of files and folders, and Manage the domain client issues such as network connectivity to Domain and Network Printer. Installing of Win XP, Win Vista and Win7, Win8 & Windows- 10 as well as windows server 2008 & 2012. Troubleshooting, installing and configuring Mail Clients issues like MS-Outlook & Outlook Express, Window Mail as well as Mail data backup and restore. Remotely system monitoring and troubleshooting of remote location User’s System through Team Viewer and Ammyy Admin/ Any Desk. Proficient in handling escalated calls and providing 1st & 2nd Level Technical Support to end-users. Resolve internet related problem Configuration Basic TCP/IP Setting. Configuring Wireless Access points, Routers, Switches as well as Cisco, Cyberoam Firewall Managing the installation and configuration part of all standard software as per the Company policy. Installation, configuration and maintenance of Local and Network Printers. Take care of all the internal office software’s support
