CurrentWas responsible for branch banking, CASA, fee for pan India 900 , urban, semi urban and rural branches . Lead a team of highly motivated 5500 on roll employees. Act as a catlyst in driving liability sales in form of current and saving accounts, fixed deposits , selling third party fees products , wealth management , service from branch, core banking operations at branch , risk, compliance and audit. Also resposnsible for driving various bank vide strategic initiatives like application of new branch and ATM licenses, cost control , opening and stabalizing new branches & ATM's , on boarding customer strategy , Tier 2 and 3 markets penetration strategy . Building strategy around driving productivity enhacement initiatives, process management, attrition managemnt and cost rationalisation.
