Experience in field of Commissioning of Steam turbine duringthe shutdown project at thermal power plant from the period of November 2014 – February 2015- Monitoring the entire operation of Combined Cycle Power Plant (CCPP) and its Auxiliaries through Distributed Control System (DCS).- Monitoring of Fly Ash collection and its auxiliaries.- Operation and control of Starting Frequency Converter (SFC), Instrument Air / Process Air Compressor (IA/PA)- Air Cooled Condenser fans (ACC) & Air Cooled Heat exchanger (ACHE) fans control and operation through DCS.- Unit startup and shut down activities through DCS.- Enormous knowledge of the operation of high-pressure boilers and related mechanical equipment.- Have knowledge in Air Compressors, Air handling units, ventilationsystems (HVAC).- Controls treatment plant machines and equipment to purify andclarify water for human consumption and for industrial use.- Operates and controls electric motors, pumps, and valves by usingSCADA to regulate flow of raw water into treating plant.- Monitors panel board through SCADA and adjusts controls to regulate flow rates, loss of head pressure and water elevation, and distribution ofwater.- Involved in back wash and regeneration of filters and ion exchangers.- Submittal daily report.
