- Responsible for analyzing and coordinating conformance reviews of Key Controls that mitigate Critical Inherent Operational Risks across Firmwide Operations- Perform process walkthroughs to analyse and evaluate the design effectiveness of controls identified through the RCSA process - Assist in the design of the RCSA testing plan and approach, including identifying testing scripts and setting sample types/sizes- Create and Maintain RCSA Database and Dashboard for Senior Management and periodic Regulatory Submissions.

- Responsible for the sanctioning, generation, and partitioning of daily/weekly/monthly metrics of Fixed Income Derivatives- Trade Volume, Confirmation, Mandatory Clearing Reporting, Daily/Weekly KRI Dashboard- AdHoc Requests from Auditors, Desk Strategists, Legal and Senior Management

- Analyse Credits applied by the Departments in Mumbai Contact Centre. Ensure that the correct processes are followed while applying credits and thus also recover incorrect credits applied..- Set up processes and credit guidelines for Departments requiring assistance in their task of controlling credits.- Prepare credit reports/ statistics to help all Stakeholders compare the weekly, monthly and MTD Credits- Perform fraud checks on handset upgrades by the Centre
