I am performing final inspector of buyer ZARA HOME. having more than 6+ years working Experience in Handicraft (Hardgoods & Lighting) exports industry.I am dealing with customers IKEA and ZARA HOME etc.1. Conducting GCG, Zero series, First Delivery Inspection,Pre production meeting (PPM), pilot run, Inline(Intro), Midline(Dupro) and Final inspection.2. Knowledge of packaging test (like Stacking capacity, store handling, Drop Test etc.) as well as functional Test (like HVT, Polarity, Earth continuity, Stability etc.) as per Product requirements.3.Analyze failure, corrective and preventive action plan (CAPA) to respond customer complaints.4. Review Quality documents like FMEA, PFD, CONTROL PLAN(MCP), CAPA, SOP etc.5. Awareness of 5S and practically implementation on Floor.6. Using various Quality tools and system like Cause-effect Diagram, Kaizen, Poka-yoke, Flow chart.
