Working as Livelihoods Manager for LCDDPs European Union – India project titled “Increasing equitable access to livelihoods and employment for people with disabilities in India” implementing in Andhra Pradesh. My role is to tackle access to employment and/or livelihoods opportunities for people with disabilities and increase the knowledge base and understanding of stakeholders to the entitlements of people with disabilities. It is a multi- location programme aiming to deliver livelihoods to people with disabilities. Responsible for managing all activities of Livelihood Resource Centres (LRCs), including designing, planning, implementing and monitoring the various programmes.

State Programme Coordinator for LCDDPs European Union Project named Violence against Women with Disabilities implemented in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. Building motivation, self-confidence and community support to Women with Disabilities, to develop best quality capacity building materials, Hand holding support to the District teams with technical input appropriately, Networking and Resource building, Liaise with state and District level Heads of the Department, Banks, Corporate and Resource agencies for effective convergence, Planning, Designing and Monitoring of Skill Training Programmes and livelihood programmes for Women with Disabilities and facilitate donor visits.

Providing technical and capacity building support to the team of professionals and the Organization to plan, undertake and monitor Programmes and projects on Health, Education and Livelihood to enhance quality of life of persons with disabilities.

Worked as a Project Associate in Social Safety Net Programme, Implementation Secretariat, Public Enterprises Department, AP Secretariat, Hyderabad. SSNP is a division of Adam Smith Institute (ASI), which is a UK based consultant providing a unique range of policy advice and training services designed for effective implementation of enterprise reforms. Its role is to facilitate for alternate livelihood means Retraining and Redeployment of Economically Challenged Workforce (V.R.S allied employees) in Public Sector Enterprises/undertakings.

PSH Project supported by Technical Resource Unit (TRU) and APSACS a division of a leading Public Sector Undertaking (PSU), Hindustan Latex Limited (HLL). The job involves Administration of the Programme, monitoring and evaluation of Programme field activities involved in the control of HIV/AIDS.
