Time Office & Payroll:-• Day to day updation of attendance of all LG Employees (PAN INDIA) and sending daily Absent, Single punch & late coming mail of all employees.• Maintaining the CL, EL and other off balances of the employees• Issuance of I-Card & Attendance card to new employees.• Ensuring error free attendance data for payroll every month, working on payroll software- HRMS Toolkit. • Ensuring timely monthly PF & returns, Ensuring the attendance register are signed by all, Coordinating with the account department in the transfer of salaries and other activities.• Attendance checking off all casuals & contract employees & Manpower management on daily basis with different production department, monitoring & analysis of daily overtime working and cost.• Preparing the complete monthly HR report, manpower status for different departments and sending the updates to Top management.• Taking care of full and finals of casual and contract employees
